SharePoint Chat Extension

Use Blockbrain right inside SharePoint, next to the pages, folders and files you are working on.

The Blockbrain chat extension brings your Blockbrain assistant, agents and knowledge into SharePoint Online. It sits on every page of the sites where your IT team has added it, and it knows the page, folder or file you are on. It only sees the files you can already open. No switching to another tab, no copy and paste.

What you need

• SharePoint Online (Microsoft 365) in your browser, signed in with your work account.

• A Blockbrain account. If Blockbrain asks you to sign in, use your work email.

• The chat extension on your site. Your IT team adds it to the sites where your company wants it.

How you get it

• Your IT team adds Blockbrain to your SharePoint sites. Nothing to install. After that, Blockbrain appears at the bottom right of every page on those sites.

• You are the admin who sets it up. Follow SharePoint Chat Extension for admins.

Where to find Blockbrain

Step	What to do
Open it	On any page of your site, click Blockbrain AI at the bottom right. The chat panel opens on the right.
Switch the agent	Click the agent name at the top of the panel, for example In-Sharepoint Agent, and choose another agent from the list.

You stay in control. Blockbrain only sees what you can already open in SharePoint. Before it creates or changes anything, such as a folder, a file or a page, it shows an approval card and waits. Choose Allow Once to approve just that step.
